West Care Disability has been established to provide support services for people with disabilities in Victorian including other parts of Australia. We are an accredited Disability Support Service under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our focus is on supporting people with disabilities and bringing their NDIS plans to life. Before you can receive NDIS funding, You need to be assessed by the NDIS Assessment Team ( free of charge ).
